Design License Agreement
This License Agreement explains what you can and cannot do with designs purchased from AVE Global.
What You Get
When you purchase a design from aveglobal.shop, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design.
✅ You CAN:
- Print the design on physical products for personal use (gifts, your wardrobe, home decor)
- Use the design on products you sell (t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, stickers, wall art, etc.) — up to 500 items per design
- Use on print-on-demand platforms (Printful, Printify, Gelato, etc.) tied to your shop
- Modify the colors or resize for your print needs
❌ You CANNOT:
- Resell the digital file itself (as-is or modified)
- Share, give away, or transfer the file to anyone else
- Claim the design as your own creation
- Upload to free design sites, social media for download, or torrents
- Use designs to promote hate, violence, or illegal activity
- Use for trademark infringement (e.g., fan-art designs are for personal use only — not for commercial sale)
Extended Commercial License (500+ items)
If you plan to sell more than 500 items of a single design, please contact us for an extended license: support@aveglobal.shop
Credit & Attribution
Credit is appreciated but not required.
Non-Exclusive
The same design may be licensed to other buyers. You do not have exclusive rights.
No Refunds
License purchases are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
Termination
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. You must then destroy all copies of the design files.
