Every AVE Global tee, sweatshirt and hoodie is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be bought, and nothing gets thrown away. Here is what happens between your checkout and your mailbox.
1. You order, we queue the print
When your order comes in, the design file and your garment choice (color, style, size) go straight to our print partner in the United States. Orders are printed in the sequence they arrive, usually within 2 to 5 business days.
2. Direct-to-garment printing
We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on Gildan and Comfort Colors blanks. The ink is water-based and cured into the cotton fibers, so the print stays soft to the touch and holds up wash after wash. Colors are matched to the design file, not to a screen, so what you see on the product page is what lands on the shirt.
3. Quality check and packing
Each finished piece is checked for print alignment, ink coverage and garment defects before it is folded and packed. If something is off, it gets reprinted before it ever ships.
4. Shipping from the USA
Orders ship from the United States with tracking. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after production, and shipping is free on orders of two or more items. You can follow your package from the Track Your Order page.
If something is not right
Because every item is made for you, we do not restock or resell returns. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email support@aveglobal.shop within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
